What is The Whistle?

In 2017, we launched The Whistle - an online magazine and community for the East Midlands. It is lead by Hortons Marketing Director Chloë Green, and is made up of amazing local contributing writers sharing stories of travel, food, business, homes and much more.

The Instagram account @thewhistlehq is home to our Instazine - the first of it’s kind in the area, designed so users can read features without leaving Instagram.

We also run The Whistle: Talks, a series of events where you can hear from inspirational local people talking about topics that interest you. Expect special guests, talks and Q&A sessions, all whilst meeting like-minded local people.

The Whistle provides in invaluable distribution tool for marketing properties - it enables us to showcase them in an environment exclusive to Hortons, and therefore to a wider audience than other agents. Our clients can have the added benefit of a wider social media reach and ‘property spotlight’ features.
