How it works
Meet your agent
Your expert local agent will visit your property at a time to suit you to provide a valuation, and propose a tailor made marketing strategy for your property.
Create your listing
Your agent will then take photographs, create the floor plan, write-up the property description and prepare all the marketing literature. They will make sure you're happy with everythng before it goes live.
Time to go live
We'll then launch your listing! Our targeted marketing will commence, buyers will be notified and you'll see your property on property portals and social media. Your local expert will deal with all the enquiries and help manage all your viewings.
Accept an offer
Your agent is an expert negotiator, dealing with offers day in, day out. They'll make sure we get you the very best price. Once a sale is agreed, they'll help get things set up with your solicitors so the conveyancing progress can start.
The legal bit
Throughout the conveyancing process, your agent will be there to drive the sale forward, make sure you're up to date at every stage and help deal with any issues. They are someone you can rely on from start to finish, and you'll have direct access to them throughout the process. No waiting on hold, no call centres.
When your conveyancer is ready to exchange contracts, we can set a completion date. Upon moving day, your agent will handle the key handover and it's only at this stage that our fee will become due.
