I've been selling homes predominately across South Leicestershire and Rutland for over 15 years. Leicestershire born and bred. After spells working in London and New York, I now have over 17 years experience within the property industry in the East Midlands, (predominantly valuing town and country homes in Leicestershire & Rutland). Passionate about property, people and photography, my greatest pride comes from delivering successful outcomes for homeowners in Leicestershire & Rutland whom have put their faith in me to sell their most treasured asset - their home - with a first-class, professional, yet friendly service.

Educated in Leicestershire and Rutland, and having grown up in Market Harborough, I now live in Kibworth Harcourt with my beautiful wife and three children, with whom I love nothing more than spending time outdoors - be it in the the garden, in the park or local, rolling countryside. How it works
Arrange a meeting
Arrange a time for a selling advice meeting. I'll come out and we'll discuss how we can help you achieve a successful sale.
Create your listing
We will then take photographs, create the floor plan, write-up the property description and prepare all the marketing litreature. I'll make sure you're happy with everythng before it goes live.
We'll then launch your listing! Our targeted marketing will commence, buyers will be notified and you'll see your property on the major property websites. I'll deal with all the enquiries and help manage all your viewings.
Accept an offer
I negotiate offers for my clients day in, day out. So I'll make sure we get you the very best price. Once a sale is agreed, they'll help get things set up with your solicitors so the conveyancing progress can start.
The legal bit
Throughout the conveyancing process, I will be there to drive the sale forward, make sure you're up to date at every stage and help deal with any issues. You can rely on me from start to finish. No waiting on hold, no call centres.
When your conveyancer is ready to exchange contracts, we can set a completion date. Upon moving day, I'll handle the key handover and it's only at this stage that our fee will become due.
